Privacy Choice PolicyEffective Date: 28th November 2025
Introduction
Doceree Inc. (“Doceree,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and providing transparency regarding how your information is handled when you use the Spark Platform Portal (the “Platform”). The Spark Platform Portal enables publishers and authorized users to configure Spark integrations, manage accounts, review reporting features, and access administrative tools.
This Privacy Choices notice applies only to the Spark Platform Portal. It does not apply to Spark Message delivery inside electronic health record (“EHR”) systems or health-system workflows, where Doceree does not use cookies, tracking technologies, behavioral profiling, or advertising identifiers.
We respect your rights under global privacy laws, including U.S. state privacy statutes (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA, Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Utah Consumer Privacy Act, and Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act), as well as the GDPR, UK GDPR, and other applicable frameworks. Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Access or correct personal information associated with your Spark Platform Portal account
- Delete certain information associated with your account
- Opt-out of the use of non-essential cookies or optional analytics tools in the Spark Platform Portal
- Restrict processing of personal information where required by law
- Request information about how we use or disclose your information
Doceree does not engage in targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or automated decision-making in connection with the Spark Platform Portal or Spark Message delivery. Doceree does not sell personal information for monetary gain.
We provide tools and procedures to help you exercise these rights effectively.

Step 2: Manage Browser and Device Tracking
The Spark Platform Portal uses Cookies only for security, authentication, performance, and optional analytics. These technologies are not used to deliver Spark Messages in EHR systems, and are not used for advertising, behavioral tracking, or profiling. You may manage Cookies in the following ways:
- Cookie Settings: Select “Cookie Preferences” in the Spark Platform Portal footer to manage non-essential Cookies (e.g., Functional or Analytics Cookies). Strictly Necessary Cookies cannot be disabled, as they support secure login and core functionality.
- Browser Controls: Most browsers allow you to block or delete Cookies or manage site-specific privacy settings. Adjusting these settings may affect certain Portal features.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize GPC signals as valid opt-out requests for non-essential Cookie-based data sharing where legally required.
- Do Not Track (DNT): Because there is no industry standard for implementing DNT, the Spark Platform relies on Cookie Preferences and GPC-compatible mechanisms instead.
Some features in the Spark Platform Portal may involve third-party tools (e.g., analytics or performance-monitoring services) that use their own Cookies. These Cookies are used only to operate and enhance the Portal experience and are governed by the third party’s privacy policy.
Verification and Limitations
We may request additional information to verify your identity or confirm your authority to act on another person’s behalf. Doceree will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Please note: Doceree does not use personal information for targeted advertising, campaign measurement, or any form of behavioral profiling, nor does it share personal data with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Any information disclosed to service providers is limited to what is necessary for platform hosting, security, performance monitoring, analytics, or customer support, and such providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
