Empowering Clinical-Context Messaging—Responsibly
The Spark Platform (“Spark” or the “Platform”), operated by Doceree Inc. (“Doceree,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides tools, interfaces, and workflow-integrated services that enable publishers, health systems, and authorized partners to configure, manage, and monitor clinical-context–aware Spark Messages within approved digital environments. By accessing or using the Spark Platform Portal, you acknowledge and agree that your use is subject to this Site Disclaimer and our Terms of Use.
Platform Use and Purpose
Spark is designed to support the responsible delivery of contextual, workflow-aligned messaging, such as Drug Spark, Co-Pay Spark, and Trial Spark, within participating EHR systems and health system environments.
The Spark Platform Portal provides configuration tools, reporting interfaces, integration resources, and account management features to support such deployments. All information, dashboards, insights, and tools are provided solely for operational, informational, and decision-support purposes.
While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee completeness, error-free performance, uptime, or uninterrupted access to any feature of the Platform.
No Warranty or Guarantee
The Spark Platform, including all supporting documentation, tools, reports, and system outputs, is provided “as is” and “as available.” Doceree makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. All decisions related to the configuration, placement, workflow settings, or interpretation of reporting data remain the responsibility of the Publisher, health system, or user. Doceree is not responsible for any actions taken or decisions made in reliance on information obtained through the Platform.
Third-Party Integrations and Content
The Spark Platform Portal may incorporate or depend on third-party services, including cloud hosting providers, identity and access management systems, analytics tools, performance-monitoring services, AI-enabled utilities, or other technology partners necessary for Platform operations. Certain features may use artificial intelligence or machine-assisted processing to support functionality such as system diagnostics, error detection, reporting enhancements, or interface optimization; however, these AI capabilities do not access, process, or use personal health information (PHI), do not perform profiling, and do not generate or influence Spark Messages delivered within EHR workflows. Doceree does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party system, its performance, its data practices, its AI-generated outputs, or its content. Any reliance on or use of such third-party or AI-enabled services is at the user’s discretion, and users should review applicable third-party terms, documentation, and privacy policies before engaging with those features.
A Trusted Platform, Committed to Compliance
Doceree is committed to operating the Spark Platform with high standards of privacy, security, compliance, and ethical responsibility. Spark does not use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, or behavioral tracking technologies to deliver Spark Messages within EHR or health-system workflows, and Spark does not collect, store, or use personal health information for targeted advertising or profiling. Doceree maintains internal controls, privacy safeguards, and technical protections designed to meet applicable regulatory requirements, including HIPAA/HITECH, GDPR, UK GDPR, CPRA, MHMDA, and other relevant legal frameworks. Our compliance framework supports a secure and trustworthy environment where publishers, health systems, and authorized partners can engage confidently with Spark.
Your Experience, Your Choices
Spark provides operational insights and contextual messaging tools, but clinical workflow decisions, interpretation of reporting outputs, and configuration choices remain entirely with the Publisher, health system, or authorized user. We strongly encourage users to validate data as necessary, maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory obligations, and exercise professional judgment when implementing or relying upon any Platform feature.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doceree is not liable for any loss, damage, claim, or adverse outcome arising from your use of or reliance on any Spark Platform tools, data, or content. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from system errors, reporting inaccuracies, downtime, configuration choices, workflow decisions, or reliance on third-party services. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk and is governed by applicable U.S. federal law and, where relevant, the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
